Software/Product
Items purchased from Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions and returned within 30 days from
the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice, are eligible for refund. No
refunds are allowed after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new
condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories.
Customers wishing
to return an item must call Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions Sales
Department within the 30-day return period to receive a return
authorization form and number.
Shipping Fees
are nonrefundable.
A restocking fee equal to
20% of the purchase price will be charged.
* The 20% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the
refund. The refund will be issued when the signed Return Authorization Form,
software and materials are received by Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions.
Support/Services
Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions will refund any "unused services" fee within
a 30 day period from date of purchase. Customers wishing a refund on "unused
services" must present that request in writing to the Sales
Department. Support or Service fees used will be prorated
off the refund amount. No refunds for "unused services" are allowed
after the 30 days from the date of purchase.
*Fee not applicable in Hawaii.
The "Date of Purchase" is the date as stated on the Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions
Sales Invoice.
