CC&R and
Architectural Enforcement Tracking Module
Deed
Restrictions help define the basis of a community. Maintaining
compliance with these restrictions is vital. The CC&R and
Architectural Module allows a community manager to track CC&R
rules, violations, histories, and more. Included in the CC&R
module is the architectural guidelines compliance interface. Like
the CC&R rules, Architectural guidelines help define the look
of the community, and help improve curb appeal, leading to higher
property values.
Now
you have a comprehensive solution to handle violations and
approvals for conditions, covenants and rules. Track approved
changes to homes and units. Send notices regarding violations.
Embed digital images into CC&R records. Keep a history of all

There
are six major sections in the CC&R module:
- CC&R Records
- CC&R Violation Actions
- CC&R Definitions
- Form Letters
- CC&R Reports
- Control Info
This
module allows you to Add, update, and close CC&R violations
and requests. Track owner/tenant violation histories, Print
CC&R reports, define rules. Track architectural changes,
requests and violations as well.
CC&R
Images
Digital pictures of a violation or approved change
may be stored in the CC&R violation record, and may even be
printed in a letter or report.
CC&R
Definitions
Each CC&R violation record type is signified by
a code. Assigned to this code is a general or user-defined series
of action levels which may have fees and/or letters attached to
them.
The CC&R module will automatically follow these steps to help
you generate the necessary letters and collections in a timely
manner.
CC&R
Reports
Property Manager EDGEâ contains a number of powerful reporting options for the CC&R
module.
This module is included in the Professional Edition and is also available as an add-on module in the Small Office and Standard Editions.
