AutoPay Module
AutoPay generates preauthorized bank drafts from tenant's bank accounts for rent
payments. The tenant signs a preauthorized recurring bank draft. Every month when Rent is
due, you print a bank draft check. This bank draft works like a check, only the tenant
does not have to sign it. All you have to do is print the bank draft and deposit it. The
payment is automatically applied without any data entry and you don't hear the
excuse, "The check is in the mail." It's not in the mail; it's in the bank!
Some banks charge $1 or more per transaction for electronic
banking. AutoPay can be a better alternative than electronic banking
because you don’t pay a fee per transaction. You can automate your
payment collections and save hundreds of dollars a month over
electronic banking.

cartridge.
This module is included in the Professional
Edition and is also available as an add-on module in the Small
Office and Standard Editions.
