Choose from single-user or network system
versions.
Property Manager provides all of the same features in both the
single and network versions, so you can choose which is right for
your organization.

Start with a single-user system
and move up to a multi-user network. Property Manager scales to
meet the needs of your business.
Network system version lets you distribute
tasks.
The network version of Property Manager
allows each of your authorized employees to simultaneously perform
similar tasks on the same files, while the system monitors and
locks individual records. Each user can then perform all functions
directly online, sharing a common, up-to-the-minute database in a
business, branch, or department.
For example, a receptionist can
enter incoming payments and print receipts, while an administrator
monitors delinquent payments and prints notices. An accounting
manager could audit and post payments and deposit the day’s
receipts using the automatic deposit slip. The office manager can
assign work orders, track long range strategies using the
financial statements, budget reporting and management reports.
Individual user IDs and security authorizations let you restrict
certain menus or menu items from unauthorized users, and network
upgrading is as simple as entering in a keycode – just call Winning Edge Software, Inc. when
you are ready to add more users.
