Is your
software written for Windows?
Property Manager
EDGE is a 100% 32bit Windows-based program and has been for quite
some time. There's absolutely no DOS compatibility limitations as
with competitor vendor software. Property Manager EDGE runs in the
latest Windows Operating Systems (98/NT/2000/2003/XP) and
Windows-based computer hardware (such as printers and modems).
Do you
charge an annual fee per update?
Many software
companies charge hundreds of dollars a year for new feature
updates. All Software updates for Property Manager EDGE are FREE
to all users on a current support plan. We come out with new
feature updates twice a year.
How are
software updates distributed?
Updates can be
downloaded from the Customer Center on our website. CDs can
also be sent on request for a small shipping fee. You can be
automatically notified by email when new updates are released.
What kind
of Technical Support is provided?
Winning Edge
Software is committed to providing the best technical support in
the industry.

Support Services.
- Toll Free phone

- The Winning Edge Call Center
has live technicians ready to take your call. It is NOT
call back support.
- Service Contracts do NOT
expire annually. The hours you buy can be utilized all in one
month or be stretched out over several years, depending upon
your needs. Larger customers or customers needing more
assistance are encouraged to buy larger blocks of time.
- You will be notified via email
and/or US Mail, when your support time remaining goes below 90
minutes and again when it goes below 30 minutes.
- Support time charged is actual
time used. Unlike our competitors which charge support
in 15 minute increments, or charge per incident.
- All upgrades are FREE for
downloading to all customers on a support plan. Many of our
competitors charge hundreds of dollars a year for their
upgrades.
- Submit support issues by
phone/fax or email.
- Submit support questions by
email directly from within the Winning Edge Software.
- All software updates are FREE
to all users on a current support plan.
Does your
software handle taxes? Yes
- it can handle sales taxes for Cities, Counties and States.
It also tracks the Canadian GST tax.

Will I
have to reenter all my data into your software?
Property Manager
EDGE has the ability to import existing tenant
information from most competitor software programs. This could
eliminate the need to reenter data, when switching Winning Edge
Software.
