The payment is automatically applied without any data entry and you don't hear the excuse, "The check is in the mail." It's not in the mail; it's in the bank!

Simply run the Tenant's check through the check reader machine. Property Manager EDGE automatically stores the Tenant's bank information in a secure format.  After you've scanned a check once, Property Manager EDGE will automatically bring up the Tenant's Payment information and apply the check to that Tenant record.  All you do is enter the payment amount and you're done!
It's a simple and easy solution that will speed up data entry to a fraction of the time and eliminate the possibility of posting a payment to the wrong Tenant.
