Security Deposit Interest Refund Module

AutoPay Module
AutoPay generates preauthorized bank drafts from Tenants Banks accounts for Rent Payments. The Tenant signs a Preauthorization recurring bank draft. Every month when Rent is due, you print a bank draft check. This bank draft works like a check, only the Tenant does not have to sign it. All you have to do is print the bank draft and deposit it. The payment is automatically applied without any data entry and you don't hear the excuse "The check is in the mail". It's not in the mail, it's in the bank!

MICR Check Scanning Module
Save time and eliminate data entry errors for your payment processing.
The MICR Check Scanning Module includes a MICR check scanning reader machine. The machine reads the magnetic codes on the bottom of the check. Simply run the Tenant's check through the check reader machine. Property Manager EDGE automatically stores the Tenant's bank information in a secure format.  After you've scanned a check once, Property Manager EDGE will automatically bring up the Tenant's Payment information and apply the check to that Tenant record.  All you do is enter the payment amount and you're done!

Property Manager EDGE can print “Barcode” tenant coupons.  When Tenants send in a rent payment with the payment coupon, you can use the Handheld Laser Scanner to scan the barcode on the coupon.  Property Manager EDGE will automatically bring up the Tenant payment information.  You just enter the payment amount and you are done!

Electronic Banking Module
Electronic Banking allows you to automate cash receipts payments eliminating the need for data entry. The electronic check clearing will automatically reconcile checks that have cleared your account. Improve your professional image with custom tenant statements.

With the Payment Automaton Network, Inc. interface, your tenants can make payments using Electronic Payments - Automated Clearing House (ACH), eChecks, Visa, MasterCard, or online payments through your company website.

Property Manager EDGE completely automates your cash receipt and check clearing functions, eliminating the need for data entry. The Electronic Banking Module uses the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology for bank Lock Box processing. The bank will provide you with electronic files of Tenant Payments and Check Clearings. The Property Manager Electronic Banking Import Processes quickly loads the electronic files, allowing you to automatically record tenant receipts and bank reconciliation’s.
