AutoPay generates preauthorized bank drafts from Tenants Banks accounts for Rent
Payments. The Tenant signs a Preauthorization recurring bank draft. Every month when Rent
is due, you print a bank draft check. This bank draft works like a check, only the Tenant

MICR Check Scanning Module

The MICR Check Scanning Module includes a MICR check scanning
reader machine. The machine reads the magnetic codes on the bottom
of the check. Simply run the Tenant's check through the check
reader machine. Property Manager EDGE automatically stores the
Tenant's bank information in a secure format. After you've
scanned a check once, Property Manager EDGE will automatically
bring up the Tenant's Payment information and apply the check to
