Support Service Contracts
(Effective 02/23/2006)
- New full system purchases of Property Manager EDGE, come
with 2 hours of free Professional Support Services.
- FREE support is available through the Customer Center self
serve on-line technical support database for customers currently on an
active support plan.
- Additional Support Service Contracts are available for the
cost indicated below.
- Service Contracts have a "roll-over" minutes
option. If you purchase additional support time before your annual support
expiration, all unused minutes will roll-over into your new support plan.
- You will be able to monitor your time remaining from our
web site on the Support page.
- You will be notified via email and/or US Mail, when your
support time remaining goes below 90 minutes, again when it goes below 30
minutes and once again 45 days prior to your annual expiration.
- Support time charged is actual time used. Unlike our
competitors which charge support in 15 minute increments, or charge per
incident.
Professional Support Services Plan:
Professional Support Service covers all types of assistance necessary to
utilize primary functions as well as advanced functionality of the software. See
