We have used the Property Management Software since our business started in 1984. We have grown from managing approximately 10 properties in the beginning to 300 properties today. As the number of our staff has grown, we have been able to add additional licensed users so that each staff member has the ability to provide quality service to both the tenants and owners. We manage a wide variety of properties, from single family to large commercial properties, and Property Manager EDGE allows us to handle the specific needs of each type of property and of each of our owners. Over the last 16 years I have compared many products to this software, and not one has matched the flexibility and usability of this program that has supported my company since it's inception.
